Meet the Toll Family: Ian Toll, and sons Nick and Ben

This multi-generational farming operation has been farming in the Blenheim area since 1877. 

“We are still on the original farm but have expanded since. My brother and I are now 5th generation working alongside my dad. We farm around 2000 acres of cash crops,” says Nick Toll.  “We also raise 600 ewes and finish about 50 beef cattle every year with plans to expand. We like to focus on soil health to help maximize our field potentials using no-till practices as often as possible. Farming is special to us because it’s what our family has always strived to do”

The Toll family enjoy dealing with Farmers Gold and Dover Corn as they are easy to work with, offer fair and very competitive pricing, and “it’s cool to know what our corn is making,  and that our corn is putting food on tables around the world.”
